Chandra Wadhwa
Chandra Wadhwa is a Cost Accountant by profession and holds an enriching experience of over 40 years. He is Senior Partner at M/s Chandra Wadhwa & Co., Cost Accountants, and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning law, finance, and corporate governance.
He completed his M.Com and LLB from Delhi University, his Cost Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, his Company Secretary education from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and a course on Insolvency Professional from IBBI.

Chandra has held key regulatory and policy roles constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Ministry of Commerce, including:
- Chairman of the working group to examine the requirement and make suggestions for an Institutional Framework for Corporate Valuations, constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in April 2006.
- Member, Indo-UK Accountancy Task Force, constituted by the Ministry of Commerce in 2006.
- Member, Indo-UK Task Force on Corporate Governance, constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in 2007 and 2008.
- Member, Expert Group to review Cost Accounting Record Rules, Cost Audit Report Rules and Cost Accounting Standards, constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in 2008.
- Member, Expert Committee on Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014, constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in 2014.
- Member, National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards (NACAS), constituted by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in 2007 and 2008.
